Platinum Electricals is an Australian-based electrical service provider known for its commitment to quality and user satisfaction. Despite its excellence and reputation, Platinum Electricals has struggled to generate potential leads. They spent vast amounts on Google Ads PPC, but nothing turned clicks into conversions. It contacted multiple marketing companies but didn't find the utmost brilliance besides Softtrix.
Platinum Electricians has approved many marketing firms, citing concerns about higher ad budgeting but gaining the lowest potential leads. Earlier, the client had invested more than $1000 in Google Ads but only managed to have 14 calls, which was quite the lowest in expectations.
